The Centre for Conscious Design
As Chapter Lead – Conscious Lahore at The Centre for Conscious Design, I initiated the Conscious Cities Movement in Lahore to create dialogues and discussions on urban challenges and promote sustainable, human-centered cities. I’ve worked with local and international organizations, hosting local chapter events at the Global Conscious Cities Festival in 2020 and 2021. I also led community engagement and brought together multidisciplinary experts through these events to drive solutions for a better future in Lahore.

The Commonwealth Association of Planners -Young Planners Network
As a member of the Commonwealth Association of Planners – YPN, I lead the Communication Team, managing event marketing and organizing awareness initiatives with C40 Cities on topics like Climate Change, Urban Planning, and Covid-19 Recovery. I helped launch the Headway Mentoring Programme to empower young planners and participated in City-Expo Malaysia at COP-26, representing Pakistani youth.
Research Collaborator
Karachi Public
I worked on a community-driven project focused on a bottom-up approach for the upliftment of Clifton Beach. Collaborating with a diverse team of architects, urban designers, and public practitioners, I created survey questionnaires for Karachi’s public to engage in placemaking. Based on their feedback, I researched and developed studies and recommendations to improve the beach and its surroundings.
